I’m a student studying for a Quantitative Finance Master’s degree. I’ve studied with Fleur for 2 years. When I started lessons with her, I was doing my undergraduate degree. She helped me with my coursework and essays throughout the year and it was absolutely helpful – thanks to her help, I graduated with a good degree. In addition, when I was applying for Master’s courses, she helped me with my personal statements and interviews. We spent quite a lot of time on this and I ended up studying at one of the best universities in London. What I can say about her is she’s very professional and always prepares the right materials for different levels of students. More importantly, she has a good sense of humour. I’ve had more than a few English teachers in London, so I can confidently recommend her to you. Seongwon, MSc Student, South Korea/London

I moved to London and I needed to improve my English to get a job as a dentist. I met Fleur and couldn’t be happier 🙂 Of course I learned a lot as she’s not just an excellent teacher but also a good friend who kept motivating me. We had grammar, reading and writing lessons, but also practised informal English for social situations. What I really appreciated was her total and heartful dedication which made me feel really comfortable 🙂 Ixchel, Dentist, Spain/London

I’ve worked with Fleur for more than 8 years now. I completed a Master’s dissertation, a PhD thesis, a book publication and many other project proposals with her help in proofreading and editing my texts. I truly recommend her work not only for her linguistic skills and knowledge but also for her reliability, care and dedication throughout each submission. I’m always grateful for Fleur’s support and continue to work with her with pleasure. Azadeh, Artist & Researcher, Iran/London

Fleur is a very competent teacher with a wide range of teaching skills. She prepares personalised classes and is very focused on my areas of need. She is very flexible and conscientious, and concentrates on correcting weaknesses and makes working on them really dynamic with interesting exercises. She has admirable patience, competence and enthusiasm. Definitely highly recommended! Iwona, Accounting Professional, Poland/London

I’m having a great time learning with Fleur. She’s very enthusiastic, kind and extremely patient. We have really interesting conversations, whilst learning about grammar, vocabulary and English culture. She tailors the course to cover exactly what I want to learn, as well as providing recommendations on topics to help me become more at ease with the language. What I really love about these lessons is that I feel I’ve made good progress afterwards. This really helps me to build my confidence in everyday conversations. I could not recommend her highly enough! Milena, Housewife & Volunteer, Italy/London

I met Fleur 5 years ago when I had just moved to London. I wanted to improve my speaking, pronunciation and formal writing, and I found the perfect teacher! While having a hot chocolate at Pret, we did grammar exercises, phrasal verbs, reading news articles, vocabulary and talking – a lot of talking. Fleur personalises lessons for each student, according to their level, interests, skills, profession, etc. She helped me a lot with emails, to prepare for meetings/talks and interviews. She’s very professional. I fully recommend her, no matter what your level is. Carlota, Architect, Spain/London

Fleur is a very good teacher, professional, dedicated and very competent. She assesses the needs of the student and prepares each lesson very carefully to address them in the best way. She is also flexible and takes into account the student’s preferences. She is always very helpful and whenever I need help she is available. Furthermore, she is a smart and pleasant person and learning English with her is interesting and fun. I have improved my English a lot with her and I am grateful to have met her. Silvia, Lawyer, Italy/London

I had lessons with Fleur for 18 months more or less and I can say that the progression of my English was notable. I improved in my grammar, writing and speaking and, thanks to that, I was able to develop myself in my career and in my personal life in London. Daniel, Hospital Worker, Spain/London

Fleur helped me improve my English, as my grammar was very poor and my vocabulary extremely limited. She was able to provide me with the essential structure I needed in order to focus on memorising the grammar rules and putting them into practice with exercises and conversation. Also, she introduced me to new language, using interesting short articles to read and comprehend, which has facilitated the growth of my vocabulary. She’s very patient and able to get you on track and remain focused, and she never loses constancy herself. She also supported me in reviewing my CV while I was looking for work in London, and is still to this day really prompt in reviewing emails and presentations I have to prepare for work at short notice. Fleur is really a great English teacher and I would recommend her to anyone. Eleonora, Digital Marketing, Italy/London

Fleur was a very good English teacher. She answered all my questions very well and was able to explain things in more than one way if I didn’t understand right away. She made classes very interesting and dynamic, and was such an amazing inspiration for me in writing my dissertation. Highly recommended. Esther, Accounting Professional, Spain/London

Fleur leads the lessons naturally starting with some conversation and correcting my wrong expressions one by one in detail. I would say I am very satisfied with her lessons. I have always wondered if my expressions were natural and correct, but I hadn’t had any chance to have my English corrected in a professional way until I met her. Thankfully, through her lessons, I have been able to have my broken English fixed. Also, in addition to her professional lessons, she is a really kind and dedicated teacher who is very trustworthy. I believe my English will continue to get better with her lessons. Joon, Engineering Student, South Korea/London

I came to London almost 4 years ago. My English level was very poor at that time (still learning ;)). I needed someone to help me to improve my communication skills and a friend of mine recommended Fleur to me. I trusted my friend and it was the right choice! Fleur helped me with my writing, listening and speaking through all kinds of exercises. She also helped me a lot with my CV and interviews when I was looking for a job. She’s very professional and her classes are always interesting. She’s a kind, funny and intelligent person, so you learn English and, at the same time, you have interesting conversations about a lot of different issues. I would definitely highly recommend Fleur to improve your English. Esther, Architect, Spain/London

I was totally incompetent using my grammar and tenses. Fleur helped me to learn the basics again and I felt so much more confident using grammar from my very first session!! Fleur makes every lesson fun and easy. Tia, Educational Professional, UK/London

9 months ago, I moved from Paris to London for a project in my company. My first few weeks were really difficult. Even if my English wasn’t so bad, I had never worked with native speakers before. Fleur has done a great job on my understanding skills and pronunciation. She’s really friendly and patient (especially when she asks me to repeat the same word again and again until it sounds more English…) We’ve had great chats. She always tries to push me and, an important thing, her lessons are never boring. The result has been meaningful. After just a couple of weeks, I was more confident and my British colleagues noticed my improvement. Pierre, Recruiter, France/London

I found Fleur by accident. For me, it was a lucky chance. Her knowledge of English is obvious, but her most valuable skill is her ability to pass on this knowledge. In addition, she is patient, which helps you feel free during the lesson. This is why I recommend English with Fleur to everyone. Tomasz, Engineer, Poland/London

I’m working in an architects’ office in London. I studied Architecture in the UK for 4 years, but I never studied English properly with a native speaker. Also, I didn’t write or speak English much when I was in Korea and I forgot some grammar and vocabulary. I was struggling with work in terms of understanding. But it all changed when I met Fleur. She’s an amazing teacher. Every lesson I feel more motivated and passionate to learn. Fleur gives you the opportunity to learn how to speak fluently and accurately, and I can see I’m improving thanks to her lessons. She knows my weaknesses and helps me to improve with different exercises. I want to continue to learn till I can speak and write English fluently like a native speaker. Min, Architectural Assistant, South Korea/London

Almost a year ago, I was a student at a language school in London, but I wasn’t improving, so my Korean friend recommended Fleur and I had lessons for a number of months with her. I wasn’t confident in English, but she made me feel comfortable during the class and I found my English skills were improving without even realising it. She corrected my wrong expressions and pronunciation. Above all, she always prepared English materials that still help me a lot. It was a wonderful experience of learning English from a real English teacher. Fleur’s by far the best English teacher I’ve ever had. Sora, Buyer, South Korea/London

Fleur’s kind and teaches English well. Soo, High School Student, South Korea (Skype) (A man of many words 🙂 – Fleur)

Fleur’s a very competent and patient tutor. I really enjoyed working with her over my Master’s degree program. She not only revised my assignments, so they were clear and concise, but also taught me how to properly construct sentences. She took the time to assist me and created an individual plan to meet my individual goals. As I worked with Fleur, my grade performance increased over the year. Highly recommend! Anna, Nurse and Aspiring Epidemiologist, US/London

I studied General English with Fleur when I was living in London. I used to go to a language school, but I realised it wasn’t really helpful. I thankfully found Fleur through an online community for people from my country and finally met her. As I didn’t have any confidence in my English at that moment, I was a little shy, but she tried to get me to speak about myself and taught me how to pronounce each word, what the mistakes in my sentences were, etc. She even helped me with some personal things which were hard for me to figure out. She still keeps in touch with me and pays attention to me even though I’m back in my country now. I actually think I should have met her earlier which is still one of my regrets. At the end of the lessons, I wanted to make her happy and show her how much I’d improved my English with her. I was so grateful I could have her lessons.
